Design and installation

Each Dust Pollution Systems' installation is designed to match the clients individual requirements.

Our technicians analyse the volume and type of materials to be extracted, the layout of the building and the manufacturing processes that are producing the waste in the first place.

Once the performance parameters of the new system have been determined and agreed with the client, the Dust Pollution Systems' designers get to work using the latest computer aided design software specifically tailored for the purpose.

The outcome is a working drawing, which goes into production as soon as it has been approved by the client.

Dust Pollution Systems' whole ethos is based around 'getting it right first time' which is why so much time and effort goes into the pre-production stages of an installation.
